BWO-Increase of authorised share capital

The Board of Directors of BW Offshore Limited has resolved to increase the authorised number of shares in the Company with 250,000,000 new shares each at USD 0.01 par value. Following this resolution the issued number of shares remains at 250,000,000, while the total number of authorised shares in the company is 500,000,000 shares.
