Financial calendar 2010

(Bermuda, 30 December 2009): BW Offshore will publish its financial reports on the following dates in 2010.

Q4 2009: 23 February

Q1 2010: 19 May

Q2 2010: 31 August

Q3 2010: 30 November

The financial reports will be released before the opening of the Oslo Stock Exchange, and will be followed by a presentation (including webcast). Further information will be given ahead of each report.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 13 May. Notice will be given in due course.
