Financial calendar 2012

BW Offshore will publish its financial reports on the following dates in 2012.

Q4 2011: 14 February
Q1 2012: 11 May
Q2 2012: 30 August
Q3 2012: 22 November

The financial reports will be released before the opening of the Oslo Stock Exchange, and will be followed by a presentation (including webcast). Further information will be given ahead of each report.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 9 May. Notice will be given in due course.
